Supervision of schedules and performance of the design technical team ***Michie Design \& Build*** **\-\*\_**PROJECT MANAGER \*\_ At Michie Design \& Build, we seek a Project Manager to join our team in an on-site capacity. The ideal candidate will focus on strategic project management, team leadership, and effective communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers within the U.S. design and construction industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Comprehensive coordination of design and construction projects from planning through delivery. * Management of communication with internal team members, clients, suppliers, and contractors. * Supervision of schedules, deliverables, and performance of the design technical team. * Budget administration, material resource management, and contractor oversight. * Monitoring regulatory compliance, quality control, and technical documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Full-Time * Advanced English * Intermediate-level proficiency in Revit software * Degree in Architecture (preferred), Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Management and Executive Leadership. * Minimum 2–5 years of experience managing residential projects. * Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of development. * Strong ability to communicate effectively with design teams, clients, and contractors. * Immediate availability. * Referential salary: USD 1,000–1,500, negotiable based on experience. *Michie Design \& Build is an architectural firm headquartered in the United States and Peru* Job Type: Full-time Pay: S/.3,350.00 \- S/.5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
