Participate in high-impact technical projects **Job Description:** A company specializing in engineering and telecommunications solutions is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER with proven experience leading complex initiatives in industrial, mining, or hydrocarbon sectors. The selected professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing telecommunications projects—meeting deadlines, scope, and quality standards—using agile methodologies and PMI-based approaches. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead technical projects from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to schedules, resources, and deliverables. * Coordinate with clients, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure optimal project progress. * Manage risks, costs, and quality in demanding environments. * Implement agile management tools and promote continuous improvement practices. * Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and project control documentation. * Conduct on-site supervision when technical validation of progress is required. **Requirements:** * University degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading telecommunications projects. * Prior experience in mining, hydrocarbons, or similar sectors is desirable. * Proficiency in agile management tools such as **MS Project, Jira, Trello, or others**. * Knowledge of methodological frameworks such as **PMI**. * Experience leading work teams. * Availability for office-based work and field travel. * Fieldwork experience is desirable. * Familiarity with various work materials and tools for proper control. **Benefits:** * Participation in high-impact technical projects. * Job stability within a growing company. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
