We are currently seeking new talent: Requirements: * Technical graduate in Administration or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and one Saturday per month from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Responsibilities: * Support the review of purchase requests submitted by the Design and Development department. * Assist in quoting materials for ongoing projects. * Assist in preparing purchase orders. * Conduct supplier visits to perform quality control on outsourced products or services. * Responsible for collecting goods according to purchase orders. * Responsible for delivering goods to the warehouse department. * Update the supplier list in the Odoo Enterprise ERP system.
