Product evaluation and quality assurance 3BSI, a company dedicated to the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of automotive, hardware, and industrial chemical products, is seeking a QUALITY ANALYST in VENTANILLA **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering \- 1 to 2 years of experience in chemical process control \- Age between 25 and 35 years \- Industrial chemistry knowledge; ISO 9001 standard \- Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday; and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. \- Must reside in VENTANILLA or neighboring districts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Evaluate products during processes and raw materials \- Issue technical specifications for raw materials and finished products \- Evaluate conformity of batches and packaging of finished products at the plant \- Generate performance indicator reports \- Quality assurance **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment contract from the first working day, including all statutory benefits. \- MYPE payroll (50% bonus, CTS, vacation pay) \- ESSALUD, SCTR, and mandatory life insurance \- Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments.
