Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to ensure compliance with GMP, verify the quality of products and raw materials, and identify process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with GMP in production and dispatch processes. 2. Train and raise awareness among staff on food quality and safety. 3. Monitor processes, verify quality, and identify improvements. A production facility dedicated to Bakery and Pastry is seeking: **QUALITY ASSISTANT \- FOOD** REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality departments of food processing companies. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Thorough knowledge of GMP. * Preferably residing in districts near Villa El Salvador. RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure compliance with GMP. * Verify and report daily plant incidents (production, dispatch). * Train staff on QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY topics. * Raise organizational staff awareness on quality-related matters. * Monitor processes and complete internal records. * Verify the quality and good condition of products, raw materials, packaging, and containers. * Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to problems. * Submit daily progress reports and relevant reports to the supervisor or immediate manager in a timely manner. * Ensure adherence to the production plan.
