Job Summary: At Pragma, we are leading the search for a Textile Dispatch and Finishing Assistant to conduct technical audits, quality control, and waste management in sewing workshops. Quality control of textile materials and supplies On behalf of a prominent expanding company in the garment and textile manufacturing sector located in Northern Lima, Pragma is leading the search for top talent for the position of: TEXTILE DISPATCH AND FINISHING ASSISTANT – COMAS OFFICE WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Monthly remuneration: S/ 2,100.00. * Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm | Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. * Work location: Comas (Northern Lima). * 3-month probationary period followed by formal payroll integration. * Timely payment and an excellent work environment within a continuously growing company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct technical line audits in sewing workshops: entry into production line, intermediate processes, and exit of finished garments. * Review and cross-check technical sheets by style/season and cutting reports against quantities produced. * Evaluate proper operation of sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, coverstitch) and inspect stitching, symmetry, and finishes. * Monitor dimensional tolerances per operation according to technical specifications. * Inspect materials and supplies: fabric shade control and verification of trims (labels, threads, codes). * Calculate quantities produced, managing waste and immediate rework in the workshop. JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in finishing, packing, dispatch, or warehouse areas within textile/garment or retail companies. * Completed secondary education or technical studies. * Proficiency in preparing Packing Lists and rapid garment counting is essential. * Residence in Comas or neighboring districts of Northern Lima. * Availability for on-site work. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
