Collaborate to support continuous improvement. **Quality Inspector** **Join our team!** We are looking for a committed, proactive, and detail-oriented **Quality Inspector** to ensure compliance with quality standards in our production processes. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quality inspections and controls during the production process and on finished products. * Identify non-conformities and propose corrective actions. * Verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. * Record inspection results and prepare reports. * Collaborate with Production departments to contribute to continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in quality inspection or control. * Knowledge of quality standards and procedures. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Availability to work **rotating shifts** (if required). **Benefits:** * Remuneration of **S/ 1,400**. * Biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, profit-sharing, EsSalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance by Law). * Family allowance (if applicable). * Night shift bonus. * Overtime bonuses. * Excellent work environment and growth opportunities. **Apply now and become part of our team!** * **Work location:** Avenida De Las torres 487, ate \- Límite con San Luis * **Position type:** Full-time.
