We are currently seeking a **Rubber and Polyurethane Operator** who wishes to **develop professionally and become part of a dynamic and specialized team**. Requirements * Knowledge of **polyurethane characteristics and handling**. * Experience in **rubber milling, laminating, and coating processes**. * **Completed secondary education or technical training** in Industrial Mechanics, Production Mechanics, or related fields. * Prior experience in **metal-mechanical or industrial production processes** is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Assist in **material dosing for rubber processing**. * Support **rubber grinding and laminating**. * Participate in **coating of parts and components**. * Assist in the **operation of industrial machinery**. * Support the **vulcanization process of parts**. * Perform **finishing and final touches**, ensuring quality standards.
