Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook menu items. * Perform pre-preparation of ingredients and mise en place. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen area. * Ensure proper food storage and handling. * Follow recipes, portion sizes, and restaurant quality standards. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to expedite order fulfillment. * Adhere to food hygiene and safety practices. Requirements: * Prior experience as a cook in restaurants. * Knowledge of Peruvian (criolla) cuisine, seafood dishes, and/or restaurant dish preparation. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Good personal hygiene and organizational skills.
