Job Summary: We are seeking Resident Construction Engineers to lead the technical and administrative direction of construction projects, planning, organizing, and comprehensively managing on-site activities. Resident Construction Engineer – Urban Development and Road Works **MG TRANSPORTE INGENIERÍA SERVICIOS** is seeking **2\*** Resident Construction Engineers\* to lead the technical and administrative direction of our construction projects. Work Location * **Pucusana** – Reference: La Honda Beach. * **Punta Negra** – Reference: Entrance to Punta Rocas. Main Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and comprehensively manage on-site activities. * Prepare and monitor the **planning and scheduling of works**. * Supervise and control construction processes, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and established procedures. * Coordinate and direct technical and operational personnel involved in project execution. * Monitor physical progress of works and adherence to established timelines. * Coordinate with the Client, supervision team, and other professionals involved in the project. * Supervise proper use of materials, equipment, tools, and resources assigned to the project. * Coordinate and verify implementation of **quality protocols, tests, and controls**. * Identify and promptly address constraints, interferences, and difficulties that may affect project progress. * Prepare reports, documentation, and technical records related to project execution. * Ensure compliance with established standards for **quality, safety, productivity, and timeline**. Requirements * **Graduated Civil Engineer or Architect**. * **Licensed and duly registered**. * Minimum **5 years of documented and verifiable experience as a Resident Construction Engineer**. * Experience in **urban development, earthworks, road construction, and/or related projects**. * Experience in **comprehensive construction project management and leadership**. * Experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of construction processes. * Knowledge and experience in **developing quality protocols and tests**. * Leadership, organizational, and on-site decision-making capabilities. * Willingness to work on-site.
