We are currently seeking a **"STACKER OPERATOR**" for our Chorrillos facility: **Requirements:** \- Minimum six months of experience as a stacker operator (proven experience with DRIVE-IN and SELECTIVE racking systems) \- Basic knowledge of Good Storage Practices (GSP). \- Valid Class A-1 driver's license \- Availability to work in Chorrillos \- No police, criminal, or complaint records. \- Competencies: Honesty, integrity, responsibility, and teamwork. \- No police, criminal, or complaint records. \- Required skills: Teamwork, honesty, commitment, responsibility, and initiative. \- Availability to work in Chorrillos \- SAVAR Warehouses (opposite Pantanos), Monday through Saturday. **Responsibilities:** \- Store and retrieve products from various rack levels, including ACCUMULATIVE and SELECTIVE racks \- Perform product receiving, picking, verification, and dispatch. \- Conduct cyclic inventory counts of products. \- Update warehouse layouts and product locations. \- Safeguard assigned products and maintain a clean, organized work area. \- Perform other duties inherent to the role, as assigned by supervisor. **Benefits of joining our family:** \- Monthly salary: PEN 1,400 \+ incident bonus of PEN 200 \- Transportation assistance for commuting (based on assigned shift) \- Full payroll registration \- Benefits: Year-end bonus, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacation, profit sharing, life insurance, and ESSALUD. \- Corporate discounts on our brand. \- Opportunity for career growth based on performance. ***"We uphold an inclusive hiring policy and expressly reject any discriminatory practices against job applicants; therefore, all individuals are encouraged to participate in the selection process."*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: PEN 1,400.00 \- PEN 1,600.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
