We are currently seeking a **TECHNICAL ASSISTANT**, whose responsibilities will include: * **Installation support:** Assisting in laying optical fiber cabling and installing conduits, supports, and equipment at height (poles) or at ground level. * **Maintenance and repair:** Helping diagnose and resolve basic faults in equipment (ONTs, routers, switches) and transmission media, performing repairs and replacements. * **Fiber preparation and splicing:** Assisting in preparing fiber for splicing, performing splices, and sealing splice closures and terminals. * **Basic configuration:** Assisting in the initial configuration of network devices (ONTs, routers) and verifying network parameters. * **Customer support:** Supporting resolution of user incidents from a physical and basic connectivity perspective. * And other duties. Requirements: * A person with a positive, cheerful, and courteous attitude. * Technical education or completion of secondary school. * Experience in telecommunications (NOT MANDATORY)—you can learn with us.
