Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Bartender to develop and update the cocktail menu, prepare innovative drinks, and ensure high-quality service. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth in a positive work environment Responsibilities: * Develop and update the cocktail menu. * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Create innovative and balanced recipes to attract customers. * Ensure efficient and high-quality service at the bar. * Monitor beverage and supply inventory. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the bar throughout the shift. * Schedule: 6 PM \- 11 PM, 1 day off. * Assist with order taking. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (barman, bartender, bar assistant). * Experience in customer service and handling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Knowledge of classic mixology. * Proficiency in using bar tools. * Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactive, responsible, and punctual attitude.
