Responsible for warehouse quality and order. **DIMERC is hiring!** **DIMERC**, a leading company dedicated to office product distribution, is looking for top talent for the position of: **WAREHOUSE OPERATOR** – Villa El Salvador **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Not currently enrolled in studies. * Minimum **1 year** of experience as a Warehouse Operator performing **manual picking**. * Experience assembling pallets. * Experience loading merchandise (up to approximately 25 kg). * Availability to work overtime. * Availability to work rotating shifts (monthly rotation). * Availability to work in Villa El Salvador. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect incoming merchandise. * Perform manual picking of products according to orders. * Prepare orders and assemble pallets for dispatch. * Condition and package merchandise. * Assist with partial and periodic inventory counts. * Organize and rotate products within the warehouse. * Verify the quality of stored merchandise. * Comply with operational procedures and safety standards. **Benefits:** * **Base salary:** S/ 1,130\. * **Productivity bonus:** S/ 100 (subject to evaluation). *Earn up to S/ 1,230!* * Meals covered at **80%**. * Formal payroll under the General Regime from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Paid overtime. * Fixed rest days: **Saturdays and Sundays**. **Work Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday** * Day shift: **10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.** * Night shift: **9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.** * Monthly shift rotation. * *Initial assignment will be to the day shift.* **Work Location:** Villa El Salvador.
