Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to provide direct support to management and coordinate with various departments, managing operational and administrative tasks. Therefore, we are seeking top talent for the position of: **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Students in final semesters or graduates in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel * One year of experience in similar roles within the retail sector **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide direct support to management in operational and administrative tasks. * Support and manage information with all company departments (Logistics, HR, Marketing) to ensure timely completion of assigned and established tasks. * Perform periodic reconciliations between rebates and credit notes. * Calculate, validate, and timely record rebates according to current commercial agreements. * Prepare operational reports and conduct daily and weekly follow-up on store operations activities. * Track all documents requested by the Municipality for each store, and maintain updated certificates to ensure proper store operation. * Provide operational support in stores as required (cashier assistance, customer service, or merchandise dispatch). * Provide innovative ideas to improve operations**.** * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Salary: S/. 1200 \- 1300 (microenterprise payroll scheme: SIS \+ 15 days of vacation) * 50% bonus payment in July and December * Fixed rest days on public holidays * Career path opportunities * Excellent working environment and passion for pets * Partnerships and discounts at affiliated establishments * Discount on purchases at any of our locations.
