Position Summary: Provide technical assistance in architectural project development—from design and modeling to dossier preparation—ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in end-to-end architectural project development. 2. Preparation of drawings, 3D models, and renderings. 3. Research and verification of urban planning and building regulations. Provide technical assistance in architectural project development—from the design and modeling stage through technical dossier preparation—ensuring compliance with quality standards and current regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Design and Modeling:** Prepare drawings, 3D models, and renderings for architectural proposals under the supervision of the responsible architect. * **Dossier Development:** Assist in preparing technical drawings (architecture, details, sections, façades) and technical specifications. * **Regulatory Management:** Research and verify urban parameters, the National Building Regulation, and municipal regulations applicable to each project. * **Site Surveys and Visits:** Participate in site visits or field information gathering (taking measurements and photographic documentation). * **Document Management:** Assist in organizing sheets, digital files, and processing procedures with municipalities or relevant authorities. * **Team Collaboration:** Participate in coordination meetings and coordinate with other disciplines (structures, installations, etc.). **Requirements:** * Architecture student (final academic cycles). * Proficiency in specialized software: AutoCAD (mandatory), Revit/BIM (highly valued), SketchUp, Lumion or V\-Ray, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign). * Knowledge of technical building regulations and construction codes. * Ability to synthesize graphically and attention to detail in technical drawing. * Availability to work under a training modality agreement (30 hours per week).
