Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor of Architecture to prepare and present proposals, manage quotations, and conduct technical site visits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of proposals, drawings, and technical specifications. 2. Management of quotations, orders, and sales closure. 3. Execution of quantity take-offs and proposals for technical and architectural solutions. We are ISECORP INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION SAC, a company with 7 years in the market, currently seeking an ARCHITECT (FULL TIME). REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Essential technical knowledge of ADVANCED AutoCAD (drawings and technical details). * Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D modeling software. * Knowledge of rendering (V\-Ray, Lumion, or others). * Ability to read drawings and prepare technical proposals. * Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare and present proposals, drawings, and technical specifications tailored to each project. * Manage and follow up on quotations, orders, and sales closure. * Perform quantity take-offs and propose technical and architectural solutions. * Conduct technical site visits to projects to provide specialized support and advisory services. Salary: S/.1500\.00 \- S/.1700\.00 per month Work Location: Cercado de Lima, Lima Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
