Positive work environment **JOIN THE ATRACCIÓN DENTAL TEAM!** We are looking for a Commercial Advisor for our e\-commerce channel, with strong communication skills, results orientation, and proven experience closing sales through digital channels. **COMMERCIAL ADVISOR E\-COMMERCE – FULL\-TIME** Main Responsibilities: · Handle leads generated from social media, advertising campaigns, and WhatsApp. · Provide clear information about products, prices, and promotions. · Follow up with interested customers until the sale is completed. · Accurately record orders and customer data. · Coordinate shipments to Lima and provinces via Shalom or cash\-on\-delivery. · Verify payments, outstanding balances, and order confirmations. · Track dispatched orders until delivery or pickup. · Maintain updated customer database and sales reports. · Achieve established sales targets. What Are We Looking For? · Experience in sales, customer service, or e\-commerce. · Experience handling customers via WhatsApp and social media. · Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. · Excellent writing and communication skills. · Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency. · Quick response time and ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously. · Proactive, responsible, organized, and goal\-oriented individual. · Immediate availability.
