Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Consultant with experience in mobile phones and sales systems to provide customer service, consultation, and product management. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and autonomy **HIRING PROFILE - SALES CONSULTANT** **PAKOPHONE** **PROFILE WE SEEK** * Responsible, punctual, organized, friendly, proactive individual with the ability to work both in a team and independently. * Experience in mobile phones, accessories, technical service, or related fields. * Experience using sales systems and performing cash register closing. * Completed, ongoing, or incomplete studies. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Customer service and consultation; sales and quotations. * Operation of the sales system and cash register closing. * Product organization, restocking, and replenishment. * Inventory counting and stock control support; adherence to internal processes. **WORK SCHEDULE** Full-time | Up to 48 hours per week | 1-hour lunch break. Shifts: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. | 11:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. | 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Availability to work according to the assigned shift is required. **COMPENSATION AND BONUSES** * Base salary: S/1,200. * Attendance bonus: up to S/100. * Customer service bonus: up to S/100. * Sales target bonus: under evaluation for future implementation. **BONUS CONDITIONS** * Attendance: each set of 3 late arrivals deducts S/50 from the bonus.
