Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer/Architect to coordinate and manage BIM models, detect clashes, and ensure information quality in sanitary engineering projects. Key Highlights: 1. LOD/LOIN verification and BCF workflows We are HM INGENIEROS CONSULTORES S.A., a private company composed of a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to providing consulting services in Sanitary Engineering for both public and private sectors. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM coordination or similar roles. * Proficiency in Navisworks and/or Solibri for clash detection. * Experience exporting and exchanging models in IFC format. * Knowledge of the BCF workflow for comment management. * Familiarity with CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360\). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively. **Responsibilities:** * Federate discipline-specific models (architecture, structure, MEP) into the CDE. * Conduct and manage clash detection sessions. * Verify that models meet the required LOD/LOIN at each project stage. * Manage comments and non-conformities using BCF workflows. * Monitor team deliverables within the CDE environment. * Coordinate and moderate interdisciplinary BIM meetings. * Generate coordination reports and report to the BIM Manager.
