Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer with analytical ability and technical judgment to interpret documentation, transform requirements into viable proposals, and supervise infrastructure project progress. Monitoring and supervision of work progress in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TDR) We are currently seeking a **Civil Engineer** to join our team — a professional with analytical ability, organizational skills, and technical judgment, capable of interpreting technical documentation and transforming customer requirements into viable proposals, taking into account scope, resources, timelines, and costs. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare **infrastructure service quotations**, analyzing the Terms of Reference (TDR), technical specifications, drawings, documents, and other information associated with the requirements. * Analyze technical requirements to determine the **service scope, execution conditions, timelines, resources, materials, equipment, and costs** required for quotation preparation. * Conduct **field surveys and inspections**, collecting and verifying necessary technical information for quotation and proposal development. * Identify specific needs and conditions for each service, considering site characteristics and activities required for execution. * Monitor and supervise the progress of executed works, verifying that activities proceed in accordance with the **TDR and contracted scope**. * Timely identify deviations, observations, risks, or issues arising during service execution and report them to the relevant supervisor. * Coordinate with involved departments for service monitoring and resolution of technical observations. * Prepare **technical reports and/or final activity reports**, documenting performed activities, outcomes, evidence, incidents, and compliance with the requested scope. Requirements * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**. * Experience preparing **quotations, budgets, quantity take-offs, or technical proposals** for infrastructure services. * Experience analyzing and interpreting **Terms of Reference (TDR), technical specifications, and requirement documentation**. * Experience conducting **site visits, inspections, or field surveys**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially **Excel**. * Availability to conduct field visits as required by service needs. * Availability to work Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Chorrillos. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
