We are seeking a **Compliance and Ethics Intern**, whose area specializes in monitoring and validating the core intermediation processes of CCBolsa and CCFodos businesses, aligned with each regulatory front, while interacting with other units related to Credicorp Capital companies. **Mission**: Work collaboratively in a team to achieve both personal and departmental objectives, contributing added value by developing process automation. **Responsibilities**: * Execute control testing, data analysis, presentation preparation, follow-up on recommendation emails, among others. * Periodically review supporting registration documents, client operations (physical documents and audio recordings) for regulatory reporting purposes. * Implement developments and macros, and propose improvements to control testing, data analysis, presentation preparation, follow-up on recommendation emails, among others. * During the monitoring (review) phase, analyze and centralize primarily responses from Operations teams, brokerage advisory units, inquiries, and complaints. * During the documentation phase, cross-check data against a review checklist and verify compliance with information requirements stipulated by applicable regulations. * Track various ongoing Compliance requirements, such as internal audits, official correspondence from regulators, among others. **Requirements**: * University student in their 7th or 8th semester of Economics, Economic Engineering, Auditing, Industrial Engineering (Processes), Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of the securities market. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Macros). * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in database tools (Power BI and Python). * Intermediate level of English proficiency. ***This recruitment opportunity is also open to persons with disabilities.***
