Position Information **Position:** Construction Manager **Work Mode:** On-site **Contract Type:** Fixed-Term Project Contract or Specific Service Contract **Working Hours:** Full-time **Work Location:** Province \- Caraz **Requirements:** Licensed and registered professional in Architecture or Engineering. Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience serving as Construction Manager, Resident Engineer, Production Manager, or similar roles. Proven experience in project execution and supervision. Proficiency in job-related software tools: AutoCAD, MS Project, Office. Knowledge of construction scheduling and control, timelines, Look Ahead planning, quantity take-offs, and valuations. Desirable experience in metal carpentry, aluminum facades, curtain walls, and glass systems. Willingness to travel and work in provinces when required by the project. **Competencies:** Leadership. Proactivity and commitment. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise on-site work execution, verifying compliance with drawings, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and schedules. Control the quality of materials, equipment, and construction procedures used on site. Record progress, incidents, and observations through daily and weekly reports. Prepare valuations, analyze change orders, deductions, time extensions, and increased general expenses. Maintain continuous coordination with clients, supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor performance of personnel, materials, equipment, and allocated resources.
