Participation in sporting events and access to an athlete community **Location:** San Isidro **Employment Type:** Part-time **Job Description:** At Cinco AM Peru, a leading store for high-performance athletes' products, we are looking for a sales and customer service specialist passionate about endurance sports to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for demonstrating and selling our specialized products, issuing invoices and receipts, managing inventory, executing email marketing campaigns, prospecting new customers, and supporting the creation of content for our social media platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Serve and advise customers in-store, delivering excellent personalized service. * Demonstrate and sell products specifically designed for triathletes and runners, with in-depth knowledge of their features and benefits. * Issue sales invoices and receipts, ensuring accuracy in every transaction. * Maintain daily inventory and sales records, reporting promptly to management. * Implement email marketing campaigns to keep our customers informed and foster loyalty. * Prospect new customers via WhatsApp and other platforms, expanding our database. * Collaborate on creating content for our social media channels, contributing fresh and creative ideas that resonate with our audience. * Participate in triathlon and running community events and activities, representing Cinco AM Peru. **Requirements:** * Prior sales experience, preferably in the sports or retail sector. * Exceptional communication and customer service skills. * Ability to operate invoicing and inventory management tools. * Basic knowledge of digital marketing, especially email marketing and business use of WhatsApp. * Creativity and ability to produce engaging social media content. * Proactivity, organization, and capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. **We Offer:** * A dynamic and sports-passionate work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Store product discounts. * Participation in sporting events and access to an athlete community. * Commission per sale, enabling base salary to double or triple. **Interested?** If you meet the requirements and are passionate about triathlon and running, we want to meet you!
