This includes identifying innovation opportunities, defining the project roadmap, coordinating product development and launch, and fostering cross-team collaboration to maximize product performance and customer satisfaction. **How will you achieve this?** * Define and communicate the digital product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and promote initiatives that identify improvement opportunities, relevant trends, and innovative solutions within the project. * Manage the product backlog and prioritize features throughout the entire lifecycle—from requirement identification and definition through delivery, measurement, and continuous optimization—ensuring the product evolves in line with market and user expectations. * Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (e.g., technology, channels, sales, operations, compliance) to ensure every initiative aligns with the product vision and project OKRs, guaranteeing smooth, high-impact execution. * Define key product metrics and OKRs, monitor performance, and leverage data-driven insights to prioritize improvements, optimize features, and elevate end-user satisfaction. * Ensure each product increment complies with applicable regulations, collaborating closely with risk and compliance teams to guarantee secure, viable, and regulation-compliant deliveries. Prepare and communicate product progress, decisions, and roadmaps to various stakeholders, explaining how each initiative contributes to the product vision and business impact. * **What do we require from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * 2–3 years of experience in similar roles * Intermediate SQL/Teradata * Intermediate Jira * Intermediate Miro, Figma, Mural * Data visualization tools desirable
