**FFMM Documentary Relationship Support Analyst**
**Mission:**
Contribute to achieving the objectives of Operations – Scotia Funds and Private Portfolios by leading the management and remediation of documentary debt, ensuring proper regularization of operations and regulatory compliance with supervisory authorities and audits, in alignment with internal policies and the Bank’s risk culture. **What do we expect from you?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in operations and process management (financial sector preferred).
* Intermediate knowledge of mutual fund operations and document management.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros) and PowerPoint.
* Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
* Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, capacity to manage high operational volumes, and focus on control and detail.
* Orientation toward regulatory compliance and continuous process improvement.
**What challenges will you face?**
* Lead system-generated documentary debt reconciliation and regularization.
* Coordinate with agency networks, Hubs, and custodian companies for document recovery and correction.
* Prioritize and remediate participant transactions according to segments and volumes.
* Cross-reference and analyze internal and external databases for tracking and control.
* Formalize exception policies and propose improvements in document management and end-to-end (E2E) processes.
* Respond to requests from the Securities Market Superintendency (SMV), internal audit, and external audit—ensuring documentary support and traceability.
* Manage monthly penalties and regularizations for PJ and Wholesale Banking segments.
* Operate in a high-volume transactional environment with significant regulatory exposure, maintaining control and compliance standards.
