Job Summary: Responsible for recording and managing fixed and intangible assets, ensuring their proper distribution and integrity, and supporting audits. Key Highlights: 1. Adherence to security policies and person-centered care practices **Job Description** ---------------------- Maintains records of fixed and intangible assets and is responsible for assisting with the distribution and integrity of asset equipment. 1\. Record accounting entries for invoices related to acquisitions of fixed and intangible assets on a daily basis. 2\. Record accounting entries for fixed asset disposals (due to obsolescence, theft, accidents, or donations). 3\. Coordinate with responsible departments regarding inter-site transfers of fixed and intangible assets. 4\. Fulfill documentation requests for fixed and intangible assets required by internal and external audits. 5\. Analyze fixed and intangible asset accounts, validating significant variances. 6\. Prepare monthly fixed and intangible asset notes for each individual legal entity. 7\. Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices. 8\. Comply with the "Person-Centered Care Policy" or "Foster a person-centered care culture by delivering high-quality, warm, and compassionate service." **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance * Minimum desirable experience: 1–2 years in similar positions * Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables) * SAP knowledge is desirable **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
