Job Summary: Coordinates and comprehensively controls Foreign Trade operations to ensure supply continuity, operational continuity, and efficiency, leading import and export management. Drive operational excellence and sustainable improvements **Mission:** Coordinate and comprehensively control import and export Foreign Trade operations, ensuring timely supply of raw materials—especially resins, inputs, and finished products—guaranteeing operational continuity, controlling logistics costs and timelines, anticipating risks, resolving contingencies, and generating efficiencies and sustainable operational improvements. Comprehensively lead Foreign Trade operations, managing high-volume imports and exports to ensure plant supply and operational continuity. Optimize the international logistics chain by defining shipping, transportation, container usage, and operator strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce lead times. Manage key suppliers and stakeholders, coordinating freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure commitment fulfillment. Control costs, risks, and contingencies by anticipating deviations and managing delays, demurrage, storage, and other operational overcosts. Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs such as OTIF, Lead Time, SLA, and logistics cost, and implementing improvement initiatives, cost reduction measures, and risk mitigation strategies. Requirements Professionals in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B companies within Foreign Trade areas, leading teams. Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP. Intermediate-level English proficiency. Availability to work 100% on-site in Cercado de Lima.
