This position focuses on maintaining our guest rooms and hotel areas in excellent condition, contributing to an enjoyable experience for our guests. Main Responsibilities * Clean and prepare guest rooms, adhering to established timeframes for each service. * Clean hallways, staircases, handrails, windows, and other assigned areas. * Keep the cleaning cart clean, organized, and properly stocked. * Accurately perform room check\-in and check\-out procedures. * Promptly report any issues, incidents, or relevant situations through the work group. * Perform cleaning tasks meticulously, systematically, and carefully, paying attention to every detail. * Collaborate effectively as part of a team and maintain appropriate communication with various departments. * Demonstrate willingness to resolve issues and support team needs. * Provide laundry support when necessary, especially when no rooms remain to be cleaned. * Follow all hotel instructions and established procedures.
