As part of our expansion, we seek to incorporate a Human Resources Analyst into our corporate team to lead the organization’s human resource management. If you enjoy building processes from scratch, connecting with people, and working with metrics, this position is for you. **What You Will Do?** **Personnel Administration and Control** * Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, and leave requests. * Maintain and update the employee database and personnel files. * Support contract administration, onboarding/offboarding, and coordination with payroll. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations (working hours, rest periods, SUNAFIL). **Talent Acquisition and Selection** * Develop and update job descriptions for each department. * Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, and selection. * Build a candidate database and recruitment sourcing channels. * Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding. **Workplace Climate, Culture, and Events** * Conduct periodic workplace climate assessments and propose action plans. * Design and implement initiatives to enhance organizational climate and culture. * Organize internal events, birthdays, and celebratory dates. * Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and well-being. **Performance and Metrics** * Build and maintain a performance indicator database per employee. * Define KPIs per position jointly with respective managers. * Track performance evaluations and propose productivity improvements. * Report turnover, absenteeism, climate, and performance metrics to Management. **We Are Looking For** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields. * 2–3 years of generalist HR experience. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and proficiency in Excel. * Prior experience implementing HR processes from scratch is highly valued. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration: S/ 2,500 – S/ 3,500 based on experience. * On-site work mode in San Isidro **(Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM)** * The opportunity to build the HR department of a company in full expansion.
