Our Lima office is seeking Junior Architects with 1\-5 years of experience to join our team.* *As a Junior Architect at Arquitectonica, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in the design, documentation, and execution of a variety of local and international projects. You will have the opportunity to join our firm for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding* **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Understand both architectural design and documentation processes * Develop, prepare, and coordinate presentation materials and documentation * Contribute to construction documentation phases by performing redline reviews * Collaborate with your team to meet project deadlines and milestones * Participate in project conceptualization and design **Minimum Qualifications:** * Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Architecture * 1\-5 years of continuous professional work experience * Excellent design skills * Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory) * Knowledge of AutoCAD * Familiarity with SketchUp, D5, and Photoshop (Desirable) * Written and oral English proficiency (Mandatory) * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn * Collaborative and professional work ethic * Intermediate-level English proficiency (Mandatory) **Compensation:** Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
