We believe the success of our work lies in the people who are part of this dream—thus, we are seeking a **Junior Audiovisual Editor**. **Position Mission:** Bring brands to life through audiovisual language—applying sound judgment, attention to detail, and a strategic approach. **Responsibilities:** * Audiovisual post-production and animation. * Prepare and deliver optimized files for various platforms. * Organize each project chronologically in Google Drive. * Understand the brand’s visual identity in detail. * Audiovisual post-production. * Independently edit assets using pre-designed editable templates. * Support auxiliary editing projects as required. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning * Creativity and innovation * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Problem-solving ability **Requirements:** * Must reside in Lima, Peru. * Graduate or final-cycle student in Audiovisual Editing, Communications, Audiovisual Animation, or related fields. * Knowledge of motion graphics animation and audiovisual post-production. * Basic Excel knowledge. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere. * Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. * Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment * Career path * Free training * Opportunity to work with leading brands, enabling you to expand the reach of your proposals. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. * Hybrid work arrangement. * EPS health insurance—company covers 25%. * Additional day-offs: We grant 4 extra vacation days. * Birthday benefit: You may finish work at 12:00 PM on your birthday—or whenever you choose to redeem it!
