At Wakamono, we are seeking a **Junior Bartender** with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for beverage preparation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform mise en place for the station. * Prepare necessary production for each shift. * Prepare smoothies and menu beverages. * Prepare cocktails and brand-specific beverages. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation. * Restock supplies during the shift. * Follow established brand processes and recipes. * Uphold quality, presentation, and service standards. * Support the bar team during peak demand periods.
