Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Certification and Inclusion Coordinator to lead social impact projects, with specialized training. Key Highlights: 1. We seek to hire a Certification and Inclusion Coordinator who wishes to grow professionally within a high-impact company, with specialized training, direct engagement with prominent organizations, and national-level project experience. **What You Will Do in This Role?** * Coordinate certification processes and inclusion projects with client companies. * Organize activities, schedules, and requirements for each implementation. * Participate in training sessions and awareness-raising activities. * Coordinate and mobilize specialized personnel for various projects. * Maintain direct communication with clients and follow up on services. * Participate in technical visits and certification processes. * Travel throughout the country to execute projects and certifications as required. * Support the preparation of reports and project follow-up. **What We Are Looking For** Graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Industrial Engineering. Proactive, organized individual with excellent coordination skills. Strong communication and client-interaction abilities. Capacity to lead activities and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Availability to travel throughout the country. Interest in innovation, inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and impact-driven projects. Prior specialized experience in disability or certification is not required. The selected candidate will receive direct training and mentoring from inclusion specialists prior to undertaking certification processes. **What We Offer** S/ 2000 per month.
