Job Summary: We are seeking committed and responsible operational staff for equipment maintenance, loading/unloading, and support in the assembly/disassembly of metal structures. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Active support in material receipt, dispatch, and stacking. 3. Operational support for on-site assembly and disassembly of structures. We are a company dedicated to the sale and rental of scaffolding and construction machinery. We specialize in providing safe and efficient solutions for the construction sector. Currently, we are seeking committed and responsible operational staff to join our metal structures department at our Surquillo branch in Lima. JOB FUNCTION DESCRIPTION The objective of this position is to ensure optimal condition of our equipment and provide support in material flow. Your main responsibilities will be: Maintenance and preparation: Preventive and corrective maintenance of scaffolding and other company products. Loading and unloading: Active support in material receipt, dispatch, and stacking at our facilities. Field operations: Operational support for on-site assembly and disassembly of structures. General support: Execution of other operational and support activities as required by the department. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS To join our team, we require candidates meeting the following profile: Key competencies: Highly responsible, punctual individual with strong work commitment. Physical condition: Willingness and physical aptitude for operational tasks and physical effort (maintenance, loading, and unloading). Teamwork: Proactive attitude and ability to follow operational and safety instructions. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS We offer you the opportunity to join a stable company under the following conditions: Compensation: S/ 1,500 per month (paid weekly). Contract duration: 12-month term (renewable). Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Saturdays: 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. Work location: Surquillo (reference: near the intersection of Av.
