**Job Description**

Monitor and analyze operational efficiency indicators, identifying deviations from established objectives.
1\. Conduct periodic monitoring of operational KPIs, identifying deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities.
2\. Analyze root causes of indicator deviations, identifying key factors impacting results.
3\. Coordinate and lead follow-up meetings with area owners, presenting results, identifying gaps, and agreeing on corrective and improvement actions.
4\. Track defined action plans with leaders, verifying progress, responsible parties, and commitment fulfillment.
5\. Prepare executive reports and analyses on the performance of key operational indicators.
6\. Understand and ensure correct application of definitions, formulas, data sources, and business rules for each KPI, guaranteeing appropriate interpretation of results.
7\. Participate in defining and updating indicators, proposing improvements in measurement methodologies, targets, and monitoring criteria.
8\. Validate consistency of information displayed in dashboards, identifying potential discrepancies or inconsistencies and coordinating review with the Data & BI team.
9\. Gather and document information and indicator requirements from user areas, translating business needs into functional requirements for the data team.
10\. Provide functional support to the Data Engineer in identifying data sources, defining business rules, validating data, and testing indicators.
**Candidate Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
* Specialization or diploma in Operations Management, Business Intelligence
* 2–4 years of experience in operational analysis, indicator management, or Business Intelligence
