Wishing you great success throughout this process! **Pre-Professional Intern** **Mission:** Support the Product \& Digital Solutions team in the transformation and management of Retail Banking products, contributing to process improvement, initiative tracking, and appropriate operational risk management, with the objective of strengthening customer experience and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. **What do we expect from you?** * Student pursuing studies related to product management, processes, or digital solutions. * Knowledge in: Process Management (intermediate level), Project Management (intermediate level), and SQL (intermediate level). * Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, and Pivot Tables (advanced level). * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and initiative tracking capability. * Interest in transformation, product management, and continuous improvement. **What challenges will you face?** * Gather information about current processes and support the development of transformation proposals. * Provide support in addressing requirements related to operational risk, market conduct, and the operational risk matrix to ensure proper product management. * Track team initiatives, identify deviations, and support the execution of preventive or corrective actions. * Maintain and improve internal communication tools (Site, Scoti) to ensure proper dissemination of guidelines and processes. * Support the implementation of action plans aimed at reducing complaints and closing gaps identified in Location(s): Peru : Lima : San Isidro Thank you for your interest; however, only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted. \*\* At Scotiabank Peru Group, we value the unique skills, experiences, and perspectives each person brings.
