Focus on quality, timelines, and technical specifications. **Olivotex \| Surquillo, Lima** At **Olivotex**, we seek a **Product Development Designer** with solid technical judgment, process orientation, and passion for quality. Their primary mission will be to ensure the proper technical development of our collections, coordinating each stage—from technical sheet creation through sample validation and production follow-up. We seek an organized, analytical, and solution-oriented professional capable of collaborating effectively with workshops, pattern makers, and external suppliers to guarantee that every garment meets the company’s quality standards, timelines, and technical specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare product technical sheets and production sheets. * Manage and track sample development. * Coordinate work with pattern makers, workshops, and external suppliers. * Manage fabric, trim, and garment manufacturing service suppliers. * Monitor adherence to development and production schedules. * Review and validate patterns, grading, and marker making prepared by third parties. * Supervise sample quality, verifying measurements, finishes, construction, and compliance with technical specifications. * Provide technical support during sample assembly and development, proposing improvements to optimize garment construction and manufacturing processes. * Coordinate and track required technical corrections prior to production launch. * Prepare and manage production orders. * Maintain all collection-related technical documentation organized and up to date. * Identify improvement opportunities contributing to optimization of development and production processes. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Profile We Seek** We seek a professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with technical judgment and results orientation.
