Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the administrative management of the plant's operational staff to ensure production continuity, including scheduling, payroll, and recruitment.

**Position Title:** Plant Personnel Analyst / Temporary

**Position Purpose:**
Administers all operational personnel assigned to the plant to ensure production continuity.
**A Day in the Life of...**
* Develop weekly shift schedules for the plant's various production lines. Ensure daily production schedule compliance, considering medical leaves, absences, overtime, and operational staff constraints.
* Participate in production schedule validation and monitor daily production schedule adherence.
* Manage and enter into the system: leave requests, schedule changes, compensatory hours, overtime, and shift assignments—verifying staff time records for payroll processing.
* Support implementation of medical leave and restriction policies.
* Submit personnel recruitment requests aligned with plant needs, analyzing staffing trend data to improve overtime efficiency and reduce absenteeism.
* Ensure timely performance evaluations for temporary staff to support contract renewals, new contracts, or stabilization processes.
* Manage direct and indirect labor data: Overtime, Absenteeism, Disciplinary Actions—and propose improvement initiatives.
* Monitor plant productivity indicators (Asset Intensity, Labor Productivity, Material Variance, MSA), identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Analyze root causes and required action plans for each indicator.
* Ensure newly hired operational staff receive both general and line-specific onboarding training.
* Ensure execution of the plant’s annual training plan for operational staff. Coordinate training hours with operator shift schedules to guarantee training adherence and full operator attendance.
* Ensure implementation and response coverage of the mini-workplace climate survey.
* Lead plant risk identification efforts; ensure personal and colleague safety by complying with all safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents.
* Issue work permits: Hot Work, Height Work, Mode 4, Confined Space—to ensure continuity of high-risk tasks under established safety standards.
* Comply with and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management System requirements (NMS, 5S).
* Facilitate use of QMS Mobile on production lines.
* Participate in identifying improvement opportunities for key indicators (IPA).
* Lead/participate in area improvement activities (SDCA / PDCA), ensuring timely achievement of planned results.
* Participate in and ensure execution of the plant’s continuous improvement implementation plan to meet established objectives.
Conduct NCE, Safety, and Quality tool coaching on production lines / in the area.
**What Will Make You Successful:**
* University graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in: Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Food Industry, Production and Industrial Management, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Agroindustrial Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year verifiable manufacturing experience in roles such as People Analyst, managing factory personnel.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Intermediate Power BI proficiency.
* Intermediate Power Apps proficiency.
* English: Basic to intermediate (ideal).
* SAP: Basic.
