Daily raw materials management Job Description Production Control Engineer **Posting Start Date:** 9/1/26 Industrial Operations Peru Indeco S.A.\-Lima Full Time Experienced \- over 5 years ID: 80774 Manage all production-related activities aligned with quantity, quality, cost, and delivery time objectives concerning personnel/workers and customers within the plant, according to the assigned shift. Enforce safety and environmental standards at the plant. **Management and Leadership:**  Manage a multidisciplinary team or a work group.  Provide instructions and guidance for work.  Identify strengths and areas for improvement during shift handover.  Adapt communication style to the audience.  Disseminate HR and/or Operations announcements (e.g., weekend schedules, vacations, shift changes) in shifts where the First-Line Supervisor is not present.  Responsible for managing timekeeping records of personnel under supervision during the shift. **Routine Management:**  Continuously supervise unsafe acts and conditions by the team and in the assigned area at the start of each shift.  Manage daily proper usage of raw materials during the assigned shift.  Review daily raw materials recorded in SOPs (IEM).  Review daily cable marking and color coding.
