Join RUMI! **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or licensed Civil Engineer, duly registered with the Professional Association. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multifamily housing projects. * Proven experience in construction of multifamily apartment buildings. * Knowledge of the entire construction process, from inception through project handover. * Familiarity with diaphragm wall execution, tower crane operation, and precast slab installation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities and resources for multifamily projects, ensuring achievement of quality, cost, and schedule objectives. * Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines, result quality, and agreed-upon commitments. * Manage administration and performance of construction contractors. * Prepare and oversee site personnel administration. * Perform other duties assigned by the Direct Supervisor, aligned with departmental objectives.
