Support and mentor junior team members **PROJECT ARCHITECT** **Company Overview** Arquitectonica is an award-winning architecture and planning firm with over 500 architects located across nine offices worldwide. Our Lima office is seeking Junior Architects with 1\-5 years of experience to join our team. As a Project Architect at Arquitectonica, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in the design, documentation, and execution of a variety of local and international projects. You will have the opportunity to join our firm for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding. **Responsibilities:** * Demonstrate strong knowledge of architectural design and documentation processes across all project phases. Contribute to design development and coordinate design intent through documentation. * Develop, prepare, and coordinate presentation materials and documentation. Develop and produce construction documents and construction details. Implement and coordinate marked-up plan revisions (redlines) with the project team. * Collaborate and coordinate with project consultants. Analyze and prepare architectural programming, space planning, and area calculations. * Work both independently and collaboratively to meet project budgetary and scheduling objectives. * Participate in regular meetings with the project team, clients, and contractors. Maintain regular communication with the assigned Project Manager. * Construction Administration experience and capability are valued but not required. * Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative studio work environment. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Accredited degree in Architecture * Five or more years of continuous professional work experience * Excellent proficiency in Revit (Mandatory) * Strong technical competence in BIM methodology * Excellent design skills * Knowledge of AutoCAD * Familiarity with SketchUp, D5, and Photoshop is desirable * Written and oral English proficiency (Mandatory) * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and motivation to learn * Collaborative and professional work ethic **Compensation:** Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
