Job Summary: We are seeking Regional Supervisors to ensure security and prevention by overseeing services and personnel, and managing security systems and reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous supervision of services and personnel under responsibility. 2. Communication with clients at all levels. 3. Verification of security system compliance and resolution of incidents. We are a Security and Prevention company, and therefore we are currently seeking Regional Supervisors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuous supervision of services and personnel under responsibility; communication with clients at all levels. * Verification of security system compliance in each assigned unit; identification and resolution of unsafe situations. * Coverage of vacant positions or those left unattended for various reasons. * Development of specific job functions for each security position. * Preparation of service rosters for units. * Management of uniforms or equipment required for service. * Preparation of incident reports and/or occurrence reports. * Preparation of vehicle status reports for assigned mobility units. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * University degree and/or technical degree from the Armed Forces, Air Force (FAP), or Navy. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising security personnel in the same role. * Knowledge of asset security and risk analysis. * Valid driver's license: Class A1 (cars) and/or BIIC (motorcycles). * Intermediate Office software proficiency. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant work environment. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity to join a growing company offering career development paths.
