Job Summary: We are seeking Regional Supervisors to ensure compliance with security systems, supervise personnel, manage services, and prepare job functions and reports. Key Highlights: 1. We are a Security and Prevention company, and therefore we are currently seeking Regional Supervisors. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuous supervision of services and personnel under supervision; communication with clients at all levels. * Verification of compliance with security systems in each unit under supervision; identification and resolution of unsafe situations. * Coverage of vacant positions or those left unfilled for various reasons. * Preparation of specific job functions for each security position. * Preparation of service rosters for units. * Management of uniforms or equipment required for service. * Preparation of incident reports and/or occurrence reports. * Preparation of the vehicle status report for assigned mobility. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * University-level or technical education; graduates from the Armed Forces, Air Force (FAP), or Navy. * Minimum two years of experience supervising security personnel in the same role. * Knowledge of asset security and risk analysis. * Valid driver's license for cars (Class A1) and/or motorcycles (Class BIIC). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **BENEFITS:** * Pleasant work environment. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Timely bi-weekly salary payments. * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity to join a growing company with clear career advancement prospects.
