Technical support to production and proposal of new recipes **Job Description** ---------------------- Execute and validate new product developments, ensuring their proper implementation in the plant. Be responsible for the development, formulation, and execution in the plant of recipes for new bakery, fine pastry, and prepared dish products. Conduct laboratory and plant trials to validate recipes and processes. Support recipe costing to evaluate commercial viability. Prepare technical documentation (processes, acceptability, etc.). Provide technical support to production to ensure correct process execution. Propose new recipes that bring innovation to the product portfolio. Work is carried out in coordination with the Research and Development Analyst, aiming to complete assigned projects and meet established deadlines. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed or ongoing studies in baking, pastry, gastronomy, or related fields. * Experience in prepared dishes, gastronomy, baking, pastry, or related areas. * Basic-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts (6x1\) in Huachipa.
