FOOD DISTRIBUTOR SEEKING SELECTION ANALYST. **Department:** Human Resources **Work Mode:** On-site **Work Location:** San Miguel, Lima **Vacancy:** 1 **Salary:** Competitive salary **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Job Objective Responsible for managing and executing recruitment and selection processes, ensuring timely vacancy coverage and onboarding of candidates who meet the required profiles. Main Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Post and update job openings on Indeed, Computrabajo, LinkedIn, Pandapé, and other platforms. * Conduct active candidate sourcing and resume screening. * Conduct telephone interviews and selection interviews. * Apply filters according to the requirements of each position. * Coordinate interviews with department heads across various areas. * Track candidates throughout the entire process. * Verify employment references and candidate documentation. * Maintain an updated database and applicant tracking system. * Coordinate assessments, medical examinations, onboarding sessions, and start dates. * Prepare reports and monitor selection KPIs. * Constantly coordinate with department heads to address staffing requirements. * Provide support for activities related to Human Resources. Requirements * Graduate, bachelor’s degree, or technical diploma in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * Experience conducting mass selection processes is preferred. * Proficiency in job boards and recruitment platforms. * Experience conducting interviews and telephone screenings. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work on-site in San Miguel. * Immediate availability.
