Present in 19 countries with an extensive network of delivery centers, Inetum partners with leading software vendors to address digital transformation challenges with proximity and flexibility. **Requirements** **Role:** Lead end\-to\-end technical design within agile squads for migrating the Topaz core banking system to T\-Menos. **Mission:** Translate business requirements (onboarding, assets, liabilities) into scalable and secure architectures aligned with the BIAN framework and integration guidelines. **Responsibilities** * Design end\-to\-end solutions for modular and cloud\-ready banking applications. * Serve as the bridge between Product Owners and development teams. * Ensure compliance with security, resilience, and architecture governance standards. **Required Experience** * 5+ years in Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Designer roles. * Proven experience in core banking migration or legacy system modernization projects. * Experience working in agile squads and modern development lifecycles (CI/CD). **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience with BIAN 13, TOGAF, and enterprise architecture. * Knowledge of core banking and microfinance processes. * Proficiency in microservices and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS, Kubernetes). * Experience in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR, SBS). **Additional Information** Benefits * 100% health insurance coverage for the employee. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Food allowance (Sodexo card) * Ongoing training aligned with your career path and general interest topics (e-learning platforms) * Multilingual Educational Platform (English, French, German, among others) * Team integration activities and Wellness Programs. * Corporate discounts at various establishments
