Opportunity to work with a team willing to share knowledge. We are recruiting a Store Supervisor on behalf of our client. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Completed studies in Administration, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as Store Supervisor or Store Administrator. Immediate availability. Skills in personnel management and leadership. Availability to work in downtown Lima. WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Directly lead optometrists and sales advisors. Coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, motivate the team, and ensure each store maintains the right energy and focus. Ensure the smooth operation of the store by proposing improvements aligned with business growth. Execute and supervise cash register opening and closing procedures according to guidelines provided by control departments. Maintain records of invoices generated during the shift. Manage the store’s petty cash fund in accordance with company-established procedures. Supervise staff duties during the assigned shift. Represent the company during inspections and/or audits. Ensure daily product replenishment at the store and coordinate orders. Verify and perform proper product rotation in the store. Handle customer suggestions, complaints, and claims. Promote a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork. Monitor staff attendance, absences, medical leaves, and report to the Human Resources department. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
