If you have field experience, are proactive, and seek job stability, this is your opportunity! **Job Objective** Perform installation, cabling, equipment configuration, and troubleshooting (Internet/Fiber Optic) for WIN customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to scheduled timelines. **Main Responsibilities** * **Installation and Cabling:** Run fiber optic (FO) or hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) cable from the terminal box to the subscriber’s premises. * **Equipment Configuration:** Install and configure routers, repeaters, and television equipment according to WIN standards. * **Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and repair technical faults in internet or telephony services reported by users. * **Field Reporting:** Coordinate with the base (Service Coordination) on the start, progress, and closure of each work order via the designated application. * **Tool Usage:** Ensure proper maintenance of assigned measurement tools, installation materials, and personal protective equipment (PPE). **Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar roles involving installation, connection, telephony, structured cabling, or fault repair (preferred with operators such as WIN, Movistar, Claro, Entel, etc.). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in basic telecommunications tools (punch-down tools, cable strippers, etc.) and familiarity with local area routes. * **Education:** Completed secondary education. Technical diplomas or graduates in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or related fields are preferred. * **Non-mandatory Requirement:** Valid driver’s license and ability to drive. * **Competencies:** Customer orientation, teamwork, honesty, and ability to work in the field (including at heights). **Benefits and Conditions** * **Salary:** Competitive base salary \+ productivity/installation-completion bonuses. * **Payroll Inclusion:** Applicable benefits according to labor regime. * **Tools:** Uniforms, full PPE, work tools, and necessary materials provided. * **Work Environment:** Ongoing training aligned with WIN standards and career path opportunities.
