Job Summary: A garment manufacturing company is seeking a candidate with experience in textile product development, product analysis, technical specification sheet preparation, and consumption calculation to supervise the production process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Textile product development 2. Production cost analysis and optimization 3. Coordination and supervision in textile manufacturing A garment manufacturing company is currently seeking the following profile: * Minimum 1 year of experience in textile product development. * Knowledge of product analysis. * Proficiency in handling and preparing technical specification sheets. * Consumption calculation (fabric and raw materials). * Knowledge of textile manufacturing operations. * Organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ✅ Key Duties: * Conduct technical analysis of each garment prior to production. * Prepare and validate complete technical specification sheets. * Calculate consumption and optimize costs. * Coordinate with cutting, sewing, and finishing departments. * Supervise samples and product improvements. * Track development progress until final approval. Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-2pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: S/.1.00 - S/.2.00 per month Work Location: In person
